How does my subscription work?

Very simple. You can customize what kind of plan you want and how often we charge you. Sign up for our sock subscription and we’ll take care of the rest. Just be on the look out for a fresh pair of socks every month!

What if an item is missing from my shipment?

If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact our support team via email at info@threadjar.com.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel at anytime. Send an email to info@threadjar.com with your name and shipping address & we’ll take care of the rest. No questions.

How can I use my promo code?

You can enter your promo codes at the checkout page.

When will my order ship?

All new orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days and take about 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

You can choose to change the date of when your socks are sent out by shooting us an email with your preferred date. Email us at info@threadjar.com.

Can I return or exchange my socks if I don’t like them? (non-subscription customers)

You have the right to exchange or return all products you have purchased from www.threadjar.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note, which includes your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange.

Do I get to choose my styles?

Trust us, we’re sock experts.

To simply put it, no. Our styles range from polka dots and stripes to several other unique designs. We’ll be sure to pick out the perfect pair for just for you or your friend. All subscriptions are backed by our 100% Satisfaction guarantee. We’ll send you a new pair if you don’t like the pair we sent you. It’s that simple.

When will I be charged?

You are charged at the time you confirm your shipment and every month after that.

Can I track my subscription shipment?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number when your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer women’s socks?

Not right now but we’re working on it!

Can I return my socks if I don’t like them? (subscription customers)

Yup! This falls under our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like the socks that we shipped you, let us know and you may return them for a 100% refund.
